These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our pages will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of our pages or communications after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
